If the Purchaser is abroad, we can arrange for the transaction to be completed via Power of Attorney.

The contract is submitted with the Land Registry to secure the buyer’s ownership rights until title transfer.

Non-EU citizens are permitted to purchase real estate in Cyprus, but they must request authorization to register the property in their names.

We assist with the application process which takes approximately 1-2 weeks.
